Press the Deploy button
Open the Deploy button:
Cloudflare copies the repo into your GitHub account and creates the Worker, a D1 database, an R2 bucket, a Queue and the Durable Objects. Keep the default resource names unless this Cloudflare account already has a Jun. In that case read Deploy to Cloudflare first.

Choose a setup token
The form asks for one secret,
SETUP_TOKEN. Enter any passphrase of 16 or more characters. You type it once to create the owner account. Keep it somewhere safe: it’s also how you get back in if you lose every passkey.3
Open your desk
When the build finishes, open the Worker’s URL (
https://jun-desk.<your-subdomain>.workers.dev with the default name). You see Set up your desk.4
Create the owner and a passkey
Fill in Setup token, Workspace name, Your name and Email, then press Create passkey and finish setup. Your browser asks for a fingerprint, face or device PIN.Passkeys belong to the hostname you create them on. If you plan to use a custom domain, you can move later; see Custom domain.

Send your first chat
Open your site, or the desk’s demo page if your site isn’t live yet: the demo page link in the install step opens
/demo.html?key=wk_…. Press the chat button and ask something your docs answer.Keep the desk’s Inbox open in another window. The conversation appears live, the AI’s answer streams in with source chips, and you can take over by replying yourself.Try the debug context
The demo page has a Pay invoice button that calls a request which fails with a server error, like a real bug would. Press it, then open the chat and write “I can’t pay my invoice”. The AI sees the failed request, and your team sees it in the conversation’s debug panel. See Debug context.Next steps
